Cafe Luso/Pastelaria Luso in Cologne

I am sorry to have to give such a rating in the Corona time, but that is not possible. Unfortunately, I had to share the same experience as some here. Exceptionally unfriendly service, didn't even really listen to me and when I asked what was in the particles, I got quite annoyed answers. The prices confusing and no relation. The slightly larger pieces 1.80 € (at least what the price tags on the counter showed) which I personally think is top but the Natas, where no price tag was also 1.80 €? Nevertheless, for 8 pieces, I still think it's okay. So, if the conditions become more friendly and the prices are reasonable, I might come back.

I immediately went there and ordered what was in the series ... unbelievable .... I love the food, have never tried something like this ... a sea of ​​fresh baked goods .. with cream and without with chocolate and other delicacies ... a bread selection .. which is second to none ... had ordered different desserts. ..all fantastic .. crispy, fresh, not too sweet ... nice staff ... we look forward to the next visit

I also had to wait a long time for my food (a muffin on a plate). I wanted to play a card game with my friends. This was forbidden to us even though we all order food and drink. A pity. As we were treated here, none of us would come here again.

Again and again I like to have breakfast here! Friendly staff and nice atmosphere. Furthermore, I ordered here for my civil wedding snacks on pastries and everything was perfect and delicious! The guests were thrilled. Will continue to order here and now and then come over for a coffee!

Nice Cafe with authentic Portuguese food and pastries. Went there to have a coffee and a pastel de nata on a sunday afternoon and was not disappointed. Easy parking and quick access by public transport. Restrooms were free and sparkling clean. Good environment and very nice and fast service. Will definitely return.

A bit of Portugal

Everytime I have some time to spare in Cologne, I try to come here. The "pastéis de nata" and the Delta espressos are authentic and delicious: a taste of home in Germany. The staff is also very nice and friendly. Couldn't recommend it more.
